Welcome to Ladies in Power! This website was made by six women who feel strongly about the topic of gender inequality in the workplace. From our personal experiences and those that we have heard, we are eager and committed to you, the women of the present and future.
Our team who is also known as Community Queens, created this website that is geared toward starting connections among women all over Canada about gender inequality. Think of our website as a forum where conversations about woman empowerment is promoted, where women's rights are important and where a woman is loved, appreciated and needed in a country like Canada.
Ladies in Power is a safe place where women can find resources to assist them in overcoming their struggles in the workplace, where contacts of professionals are available to them and their needs, and a hub where stories can be shared with other women with similar experiences.
